Ekoimid – class N confirmed by Underwriters Laboratories

It is our pleasure to announce that PPG Polifarb Cieszyn has received UL certification for our Ekomid varnish. The temperature rating for the varnish was found by using the ASTM D3251 to be higher than 200stC, which places Ekomid in temperature class N.

Ekoimid is a product developed from the beginning by our experts at the Research and Development Department in Cieszyn. It is the first in the our new series of electrical insulation varnishes with enhanced thermal and physical durability properties. As a non-styrene and no-emissions varnish, it is an environmentally friendly product.
